Elbaite

In the Museum

The Canadian Museum of Nature has many fine samples of tourmaline from all over the world, including some from the wonderful Stargazer deposit discovered by the Nature/ UBC team.

While researching tourmalines, members of Nature's staff have described new species for science, and have also published articles and books on tourmaline and pegmatites.
